Refund policy

Ready-made jewellery: We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@weinanpan.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions and options on how to send your package back to us. Items sent back to us without we Weinan Pan's authorisation will not be accepted.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [Weinan Pan Ltd., Flat 7, 11 Frognal, London NW3 6AL] via an insured and secured "track and sign" courier service.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (usually within 24 hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
 We also do not accept returns for made-to-order or bespoke jewellery with exemptions for pieces found faulty or a wrong item were sent. It does not affact clients' statutory rights. 

Exchanges for ready-made items
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Delivery Time Frame

Due to the time-consuming handmade processes, the delivery time of each order should be confirmed with WEINANPAN Ltd. Generally speaking, it will be 6 to 8 weeks after the order is confirmed with us, and the full payment is received. Delays might occur due to bigger order quantities, bank holidays, or unforeseeable circumstances. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@weinanpan.com.

International Custom charges: We will remove the 20% UK VAT for any export sales. However, overseas customers are liable for their destination Customs charge and duty. Customer are also liable for any extra shipping fee due to unpaid destination Custom Charge and Duty.
