2. Orders & Availability
Stockists & Ready-Made Pieces
Ready-made pieces are primarily available through selected stockists.
For purchases made through retailers, please refer to the individual store’s policies regarding payment, delivery, returns, and aftercare.

Made-to-Order & Bespoke
All direct orders through Weinan Pan Studio are made-to-order or bespoke.
Each piece is developed through a considered process, beginning with a complimentary 30-minute consultation, allowing for discussion of design, materials, scale, and specific requirements.
Where necessary, further conversations may follow to refine and confirm details before production begins.
This approach reflects the nature of the studio, where each piece is developed individually rather than held as stock.
Once an order is confirmed and production has started, it is non-refundable, as each piece is made specifically for the client.
3. Weight, Measurement & Appearance
Each piece is handcrafted and may vary slightly in weight, size, texture, colour, and finish. Natural gemstones also carry individual characteristics.
No two pieces are identical.
4. Payments
For bespoke and made-to-order pieces, full payment is required before production begins.
5. Pricing
Prices are determined by current material costs at the time of order.
Due to the fluctuating nature of precious metals, pricing on this website reflects real-time material values and may change without prior notice.
Retail prices may vary across authorised stockists, as their pricing is based on market conditions and material costs at the time the pieces were originally supplied.
While we aim to maintain consistency where possible, variations may occur, particularly for pieces with a higher gold content.
If you have any questions regarding pricing, you are welcome to contact us directly. All enquiries are reviewed on an individual basis.
6. Delivery
Ready-made pieces (via stockists): please refer to the retailer
Made-to-order pieces: typically 6–8 weeks, depending on complexity (timing confirmed upon order)
Delays may occur during busy periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. VAT & International Orders
Weinan Pan Ltd. is UK VAT registered (GB229963368).
All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (£).
For international orders, UK VAT will be removed at checkout or on the final invoice.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Returns & Refunds
Made-to-Order & Bespoke
Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are non-returnable once production has begun.
Stockist Purchases
For items purchased through stockists, please refer to the retailer’s return and refund policy.
Ready-Made (Direct Retail — if applicable)
Returns may be accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided items are:
- unused
- in original condition
- with all original packaging
Please notify us in advance and return items via a secure, trackable courier.
Return shipping costs, including any customs duties or taxes, are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
9. Inspection & Hallmarking
All pieces are carefully inspected prior to dispatch and hallmarked by the London Assay Office where required.
10. Faults & Warranty
A one-year warranty covers manufacturing defects.
Please report any faults or incorrect items within 24 hours of receipt, with photographs.
Repairs, resizing, or retouching must be arranged directly with Weinan Pan Studio.
Unauthorised third-party alterations will void the warranty.
Due to the handmade nature of the work, repairs or refinishing may result in slight variations — this is considered part of the process.
11. Care
Subtle changes in surface, tone, and patina are part of the life of the piece.
Materials evolve naturally over time.
- Pearls: wipe with a soft cloth after wear; avoid soaking or chemicals
- Gold & silver: clean gently with a soft cloth; avoid impact, chemicals, and prolonged heat or humidity
- Avoid ultrasonic or steam cleaning

12. Alterations & Adjustments
Please do not attempt to adjust or resize pieces yourself.
All alterations should be carried out by Weinan Pan Studio or an authorised goldsmith to ensure structural integrity and longevity.
Any damage caused by unauthorised alterations or adjustments, including work carried out by third parties without prior approval, is the sole responsibility of the individual arranging or performing such work. Weinan Pan Studio cannot accept liability in these cases.
Important Note on “Open Ring” / “Adjustable Ring”
“Open ring” or “adjustable ring” refers to the design of the ring, not manual adjustment.
These terms describe a ring structure where the band is not fully closed, and do not indicate that the piece can be adjusted by hand.
Any resizing or adjustment must be carried out exclusively by Weinan Pan Studio or an appointed professional using appropriate tools and techniques.
Improper handling or unauthorised adjustment may result in damage, for which Weinan Pan Studio cannot be held responsible.
