Where can I purchase Weinan Pan jewellery?
Ready-made pieces are available through selected stockists.
All direct orders through the studio are made-to-order or bespoke pieces.
Do you offer made-to-order or bespoke jewellery?
Yes.
All direct orders are developed through a considered process, beginning with a complimentary 30-minute consultation.
Each piece is made individually for the client. Once confirmed, orders are non-refundable.
How long does it take to make a piece?
Made-to-order pieces typically take 6–8 weeks, depending on complexity.
Timing will be confirmed during the consultation.
Why do prices vary across stockists?
Prices may vary between stockists depending on when the pieces were originally supplied and the material costs at that time.
As all pieces are made to order, pricing on this website reflects current metal costs, which can fluctuate over time.
If I notice a price difference, can I contact you?
You are very welcome to contact us directly.
Prices are largely determined by current material costs. For pieces with a higher gold content, these can fluctuate significantly.
Each enquiry is considered individually, and we will always advise on what may be possible.
Can I return a piece?
Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are non-returnable.
For purchases made through stockists, please refer to the individual retailer’s return policy.
Why can’t made-to-order pieces be returned?
Each piece is developed specifically for the client, following consultation and confirmation of details.
This ensures a considered and personal outcome, but also means the piece cannot be resold.
Will my piece look exactly like the photos?
Each piece is handcrafted and may vary slightly in texture, tone, and detail.
No two pieces are identical — these variations are part of the work.
Do materials change over time?
Yes.
Precious metals and surfaces evolve with wear. Subtle changes in tone and patina are part of the life of the piece.
Can I adjust an “open ring” or “adjustable ring” myself?
No.
“Open ring” or “adjustable ring” refers to the design, not manual adjustment.
Any resizing must be carried out by Weinan Pan Studio or an authorised professional. Unauthorised adjustments may cause damage.
What if my jewellery needs repair?
A one-year warranty covers manufacturing defects.
Please contact us as soon as possible (within 24 hours of delivery for faults), and we will advise on repair or replacement where appropriate.
Can I have my piece resized or altered?
Yes — however, all adjustments must be carried out by Weinan Pan Studio or an authorised goldsmith.
Unauthorised alterations may damage the piece and will void the warranty.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
For international orders, UK VAT is removed. Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your location.
