Please read and accept our terms and policy before placing an order with us. Your payment is a confirmation of your agreement.

Jewellery textures, colour & finishing

Due to the handmade process, it is practically impossible to recreate exactly the same piece. Please discuss your specific request with us before placing any order. We do not accept return or exchange requests for made-to-order jewellery. It does not affect clients’ statutory rights.

 

Deposit & Payment

A full deposit will be required in advance for any bespoke /customised jewellery project. A deposit of 50% is requested for any wholesale order. All deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable.

Due to the handmade processes, the delivery time of each order should be confirmed with WEINANPAN Ltd. In general, the waiting time is 6 to 8 weeks after the order is confirmed with payment received. However, extra waiting time might be requested according to the order quantity and other unforeseeable circumstances.

Return & Refund

We do not accept return or exchange requests for made-to-order jewellery. It does not affect clients’ statutory rights.

Customers may return ready-made items in perfect sellable condition, unused, fully labelled and with the original packaging within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please notify us within 14 days to have your return authorised. Once your return is authorised, please return the orders via a secure sign-and-trace courier service within another 14 days. Unfortunately, WEINANPAN cannot cover return postage, customs duties, or sales tax for any return shipments.

For reasons of hygiene, we do not accept returns of pierced earrings and whistles. It does not affect clients’ statutory rights.

For International returns caused by unpaid destination VAT, customs charges, import duties and Courier Customs handling fees, for which the customer is liable, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refundable amount of the order.

We do not refund shipping costs unless the return was caused by faulty or wrong items. 

Each piece of WEINANPAN jewellery has been inspected and checked before dispatch to our customers. However, in rare situations, if a customer believes that he/she received a wrong or defective item, please contact your retailer within 24 hours after it was signed at the shipping address, with detailed photos of the product and the defect.

It is crucial to contact us within the first 24 hours to prove that the item is faulty when it arrives. Otherwise, we may not be able to accept your return request.

WEINANPAN offers a one-year warranty for manufacturing defects. Please contact your retailer to arrange any repair and remedial work.

If repair or remedial work is impossible, a replacement or a refund will be offered. Any retouching/repairing carried out by any third parties makes this warranty void. Any retouching or repairing after the 6 months will cause a small charge. Please be aware that the repairing and retouching service will possibly bring the jewellery piece a new finish that is different from before because each artistic, random appearance is unrepeatable.

Shipping and U.K. sales tax

Weinan Pan jewellery prices are given in British Pounds Sterling (£). For UK domestic sales, the wholesale and retail prices are shown inclusive of U.K. sale tax (VAT) at the current rate which is 20%. If an order is being dispatched to a destination outside the U.K., the U.K. sales tax will be deducted, and this will be shown on the invoice. Please note that WEINAN PAN has no control over any customs charges, import duties, VAT, and handling fees that could be levied on international shipments when the package reaches the customer’s destination and for which the customer will be liable.

Material & Cares

WEINANPAN uses recycled 9ct, 14ct, 18ct and 22ct yellow gold, recycled sterling silver, and ethically sourced diamonds and gemstones that are mined, cut, and polished by workers working under fair conditions, receiving fair pay. All WEINANPAN jewellery pieces are produced with care for the environment. Colour diamonds and other colour precious gemstones are natural gemstones that have been heat-treated to enhance their appearance. Please contact WEINANPAN for non-treated gemstones and bespoke jewellery.

WEINANPAN Jewellery is designed to change continuously with time and with wear. By nature, sterling silver which constitutes the primary material of Pan’s jewellery weathers, causing a potential change in its shape and appearance. Scratches and further ongoing changing oxidations will make the jewellery piece even more unique to the wearer.

Thus, customers are advised:

1) Gently clean each jewellery piece with clean water, then air dry at a cool place. Please avoid any metal polishing cloth, chemical products, or ultrasonic cleaning.

2)   Avoid jewellery contact with any oxidising agents or exposure in environments of high temperatures or high humidity (Sauna, Steam Room, etc.)

3)  Remove jewellery before playing sports, working out, or doing manual labour.

4) ·Some gemstones, such as Pearls and Emerald, are delicate and easy to get scratched and chipped. Please handle them with care. Please avoid banging and contact with other hard objects and chemical products including perfumes and makeup. Please do not use ultrasonic cleaning.

Privacy Notice

At WEINANPAN we take data protection very seriously. We want you to know you can trust us to respect your privacy and keep your personal information safe. We do not share your information with any 3rd party without your consent. WEINANPAN Ltd is a member of ICO. with an auto-renewal membership (Ref: ZB057707).

Currently, WEINAN PAN does not run its own store or online store. Customer’s data are mainly collected when an order is placed at a tradeshow, exhibition, or request via our social media platforms, such as Instagram, WeChat, or emails to info@weinanpan.com.

We will collect the following information:

  1. customer’s name, contact including mobile number and email address.

  2. the products customers ordered and purchased, including sizes

  3. Payments details including billing address.

  4. Shipping address

  5. Communications history/records you have with us.
